Real Madrid have announced the signing of Janou Levels from Wolfsburg.
The defender has signed a four-year deal with Madrid after terminating her contract with Wolfsburg, which still had two years remaining.
The 25-year-old spent just one season with Wolfsburg after joining from Bayer Leverkusen, helping them finish second in the league and as runners-up in the DFB-Pokal.
Levels is Madrid’s second signing from Wolfsburg this summer, after Lineth Beerensteyn also joined as a free agent.

“Signing with Real Madrid is a fantastic opportunity and I’m ready to be here,” Levels told the club’s media.
“I’m very proud to wear this shirt and I can’t wait to give it my all for you. See you soon, Hala Madrid!”
